1. If you connect the monitor to a different desktop or laptop, does it work correctly?

 

2. If you connect a different monitor to your computer, does it work correctly?

 

3. After the initial start-up screens, does the disk-activity lamp (on your computer) flicker, to indicate that the disk-drive is being accessed?

 

4. If you reboot, and select "HP Diagnostics", can you run the tests for the RAM and for the disk-drive?
