Hey, i bought my laptop from the states about a year ago, and it says that i could upgrade to windows 10 when avalibale by visitig the site (www.hp.com/go/windows10upgrade) , i didn't have the time to do it untill now , when i visited the site i didn't find my product name to upgrade , so how could i upgrade to the lateset version of windows (10 (64-bit)) ?

Hi,

 

Sorry too late now. No more free offer from Microsoft. They closed 2 months ago after 1 year free. You can upgrade now but you have to pay Microsoft.
