All logs on my event log say critical or warning

HP Pavilion Desktop P6610f   Windows 7  64-bit      I guess I'm still a beginner user.   All the logs on my Event Log say critical or warning.  This all happened after I used a third party registry cleaner and then removed many unwanted programs, deleted over 1000 pictures, used disk clean up, used a performance monitor tips, stopped start up programs, stopped services in system configuration utility, all to try to fix performance issues on desktop, programs and internet.  Still have same problems.  Programs won't load sometimes when I click on them from the start menu.  IE9 won't load, ever. Need to remove over 45 add ons from IE9 but can't see start up page to remove them because it won't load.  Too much information?

Re: All logs on my event log say critical or warning

Its always suggested to never install any 3rd party non reliable registry cleaner. Cause the registry cleaners do more harm than help us with the issue.

In regards to the issue that your facing now, have you made a backup of the registry before using the registry cleaner software? If not its really difficult to find out what changes has the s/w made on your PC.

Another option is to run a system recovery to get the computer back to factory settings (System Recovery) and start fresh.

Re: All logs on my event log say critical or warning

I have looked every where and I can't find the "Accept as Solution" I have two posts that are duplicates. I would like to cancel one and give kudos and accept as solution on the other. So far, I can only give the kudos.

The owner of the thread will get the option "Accept as Solution".

Re: All logs on my event log say critical or warning

I do not see an "Accept asSolution" anywhere. I used it before on a previous question/post, but it does not appear anywhere on the last few. I looked under options andit is not there on any of these and especially the one you in which you sent me the link to "SystemRecovery" instructions.

Re: All logs on my event log say critical or warning

Please just erase allmy posts. when I tried to sign in with my user ID "consciousmatrix" it would not let me. I tried to change the password many times. Still didn't work. So, I created a new user Id "conscious1" which I cannot now change. When I try to change my password for consciousmatrix it will not accept it at sign in. HP support now says that my user ID is my email address. I am getting a headache. I don't want to cause problems here, so please, just eliminate all myposts. I will try to do what I can.
