Best Security Software for an HP PC? [ Edited ]

So the Norton Internet Securitty 2009 60 day Trial in my Pavilion Slimline already expired and I am shooping for the best security software for my pc. 

I want something that does evertyhing from internet protection, down to pc file protection, to pc maintenance. I'm initially looking at Norton 360 V3.0 but I'd like to hear any suggestions if there's even better than that?

I want to hear your recommendations. Thanks.

I think then ESET Nod32 is the best antivirus software.

Hi,

I agree with Daniel_Potyrala. 

I tend to stay away from Norton Products. Norton was the best in the past  but not any more. Norton internet protection products are memory hogs and tend to slow up a system and miss wicked trojans and malware..

 I personally use, recommend and sell ESET Protection suites and antivirus (NOD32) to my clients. I have not had a single client complaint about viruses\adware\trojans or malware taking over their PC systems in three years. ESET is elegantly written, fast and has a small memory footprint. It has consistently ranked in the top five in Security product reviews for around four years. That is my opinion and also that of many other users.

On my former hp laptop, I used eset nod 32  and I've never had probs with it. 

Kaspersky is also well-knows for it's reliable results.

Sorry, but that certainly won't happen here. No one here sells anything. This is a corporate website and we are here only to help in our free time. I only do business in the Netherlands and not through an HP website. I recommend that you go online at the ESET website and make arrangements through them. They probably have a distributorship in Asia.
