Can anyone please help me- PLEASE *blue screen*

I have been getting a ton of blue screens lately. I have put my computer back to factory ALOT, using system recovery or from the recovery disk. Obviously did not work. The most recent Blue screen was today and it gave me this message:

Problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage.

Disable or uninstall any anti virus, disk defrag, or backup utilities. Check your hard drive config and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK  /F to check for hard drive corruption and then restart computer.

I check everyday for updates from both HP and Microsoft, applying the latest updates but never getting any for drivers. I once, a little while ago, ran a driver update program and it did pull up drivers that needed updating. Never installed them because HP didn't find any so I did not want to mess my PC up anymore... wondering now if I should have!

Re: Can anyone please help me- PLEASE *blue screen*

A couple Questions Stacey.

When you ran recovery did you leave everything connected or did you disconnect everything but the basic 3 things(Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor)?

Now based solely on your errors that you posted above I would say the problem is either in AVG or Spybot.  The reason is the error you get from windows is very specific relating to anti-virus software.  Also the first 2 error logs you post point too specific services that either one of or both AVG and Spybot would be using.  I would recommend disabling one and trying to perform the same steps that cause the crash.  If the crash happens re-enable the other program and disable the other one and repeat steps to see if we get the crash again.  If you do then try one more recovery and do not reinstall these programs and see if the crash happens without either of them installed.

Re: Can anyone please help me- PLEASE *blue screen*

I did have everything disconnected that needed to be disconnected for recovery. When the crash happened I was not doing anything with these programs. This is also the same for other blue screens, I'm not doing anything in particular when these crashes happen. So after I uninstall these programs then should I start in safe mode and run the chkdsk and check for updates? I really, if I dont need, want to go back to factory again. It just seems everytime I do it just ends up being something else that I'm getting blue screen for. I am at my end here, I am usually pretty good at figuring out my computer problems but with this PC I am just lost. I think that's what is bothering me the most because I'm getting fustrated that I can't figure it out.

                                                                                                                                                          Thanks again for the help

Re: Can anyone please help me- PLEASE *blue screen*

I would say the steps your thinking of doing of removing the programs and running in safe mode and chkdsk are good steps.  Also running the Hardware Diagnostic utility.  You can get there by going to "Start-->Programs(folder)-->PC Help & Tools(Folder)-->Hardware Diagnostic Tool or PC Doctor(Depending on age)"  Run the System test.  This will test your entire system for hardware errors.  If you get all passes then it is going to be purely in the software and OS.
