Can't install programs in my HP Pavillion

Can not get prpgrams to install. I have a HP Pavillion  desktop computer can not install or download my printer HP Photosmart C4780.Also will not install photoshop 22 . Tried in so many ways. Ihave Widows 7 64- bit . Printer worked till I reset back to factery settings.

Does the account you log into Windows with have administrator privileges on the PC?

Are you getting a specific error message?

Paste it into Paint (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint), crop it to just the error message, save that as a .jpg file, and try again.
