Complete Hardware Failure Pavillion Desktop and Poor Customer Support

Dear HP,
My PC had a major meltdown two weeks ago. I called technical support and waited the standard 30 minutes to get someone on the line. After speaking to someone in broken English, it became apparent your overseas service department would be of no help referring to my extended warranty. They told me the only option was to send it back and replace the motherboard for $399.95. They also managed to get $49.95 for support via phone. Well I check my order records and the extended warranty I purchased was for 3 YEARS and included call service. I bought the PC 11/09. It is not expired, apparently it was never registered by HP. Call them back to get a refund- no help, register the warranty-no help, only get a transfer call to a warranty department that is closed on the weekends. Great I have no contact number for the folks I need to help me get my PC fixed under warranty. So here are my questions: Why was a my extended warranty never registered? How do I get a refund from Technical Support? What is the correct contact number to get my warranty registered? Can I send the PC back without the hardrive to protect my privacy? Is there a direct number to U.S.based support? Can anyone on this forum help me directly?

I have a pavilion a6550in pc few months ago hp replaced its motherboard because of complient but the broblem is now hard drive crashed, hp replaced it also.then i tryed to system recovery but it says 'these discs not for ur pc' now the model number chaned in to a6450in
Help me please
