HELP!! videos are sideways in playback in windows media player

I shot videos with my Iphone, and never had a problem playing them back, got a new comp and when i played them on windows media center they were playing sidways. But when i play back on quicktime on the comp  they showup the way i shot them, where u dont have to tilt your head to view the video. So is there a way to fix them so they show normally on windows media player
