HP Smart Print won't install

I have the bing bar, I click on the smart print button and go to hp.com/go/smartprint. I click Activate Smart print and it looks like something is trying to download, then I get an error message that says my configuration is too new for this version (1.1.2.0) of Smart Print and I should to go the hp.com/go/smartprint website for latest version...the and cycle continues. How do I get to latest version? I have windows 7 and IE 8, I had smart print on my previous computer. My computer is an Elitebook8460p. I reinstalled the BingBar and then tried Smart print again...same thing. Does anyone have any idea how I can get smart print dowloaded?

 

The exact error reads "Update Notice: Your PC configuration is newer than the HP Smart Print version provided here. To download the latest (compatible) version of HP Smart print, go to: http://www.hp.com/go/smartprint"
