Hi all,
I have a new HP desktop with Windows 7, & I have tried uninstalling the HP/Wild Tangent games console via uninstall programs, which I guess is the new add/remove, but it has left some bits that I can`t uninstall or remove.
Basically, If I click start>all programs>games, there is a list of Microsoft games & 5 other options (game providers), which I should be able to delete if I right click. However, if I click on start>games, then these same 5 game providers are listed, but I have tried to remove them, but there is no option to do so?
If anyone can help, then I would be most grateful.
Many thanks.
Ian.

Not sure if it comes from Microsoft or your system manufacturer
Try going into Start Control Panel Programs and Features. There should be 1 item on the left hand side called "Turn windows featuers on / or off". Go in there and maybe there's an item that removes the pre-installed games or offers. *shrug*

I have the same problem. As you now know, you have to uninstall each individually.. I deleted each one and now I can't uninstall or delete the dead files. #(%_#@! I hope that someone can help us soon. I hate looking at those dead files.
