HP laptop - wanting to remove programs

My brother's HP laptop is running slowly, and I wanted to clean up some of the programs on it and run a anti-virus scan on it.
As I'm not familiar with what programs are needed for what, I was wondering if I had uploaded a picture of the programs on it if someone would tell me what programs I could delete.

Since you dont know which programs needs to be uninstalled and the notebook is slow, I would suggest to run a System recovery, which means reloading your OS to factory settings. Make sure you back everything up like files and all.

 

This is a 98% chance of resolving your issue.
