HP touchsmart pc 1q775

My computer has crashed.  Windows vista will not open and I can not do a system recoverery.  I get a black screen that tells me to load a boot disk.

Please try performing recovery using the steps mentioned in the following weblink:

If the issue persists, please purchase recovery kit from the following third party provider that helps to restore the system to factory settings:
