Running HAM software that requires WIN XP Pro 32 SP3. My understanding from several years past that these units require their own flavor of MS Operating systems. Where can I find a suitable XP Pro?

K1ger, welcome to the forum.
Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer:
The original OS was Windows Millenium. WinXP requires a minimum of 1GB of memory to run properly. The motherboard will only support a maximum of 768MB of memory. Therefore, I don't recommend installing XP. A new computer would be your best option.

Well thank you for the responce, I'll load LINUX and go from there. I'll find a suitable system for the XP PRO and go from there.

K1ger. it is my pleasure. Linux is a great substitute for Windows in your case. If you haven't done so, I recommend giving Ubuntu (oo boon to) a try. I have used it for years and it has a GUI interface. They have a very good forum, also.
