When I try to install this product (Both are downloaded) Lync 2010 and Quickien_Willmaker_Plus2012 when I click the installer I get this message:

The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exist and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package.

To my understanding, this error occurs if the Windows Installer is corrupted. Please update the Windows Installart from the following weblink:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/6/1/261fca42-22c0-4f91-9451-0e0f2e08356d/Windows6.0-KB94228...

 

If the issue persists, you can run a fix it which might resolve the problem from the following weblink:
