How do fix Apple Sync Notifier.exe error?cc=us

Whenever I start up my computer there is a message that comes up, Appple Sync Notifier.exe unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because Core Foundation.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. It also says that Apple syncnotifier has stopped working.

How can I fix this problem? Or how can I reinstall it?

After downloaded the file, restore this file in System32 folder. 
This is the best source on the net I have ever found to fix almost all .dll error messages, which is caused because of corrupted or missing .dll files.
