How to disable the hot keys on HP TouchSmart tm2?

My little sister's complaining about how she can't play her game with the hot keys on this laptop. It's getting really annoying too. I've tried searching methods in Google on how to disable them but I still couldn't find anything. I just want the hot keys to be on default, not with the controlling stuff.

You can disable the  automatic use of the action keys (Fn keys F1-F12) in the BIOS. Once disabled you will have to press the Fn key to use them.

Are those what you were referring to as hot keys?

Isn't your TouchSmart Tm2  a notebook instead of a desktop PC?

Ah, yeah. My bad. I only paid attention to the 'operating systems' part since I was rushed to do this. But anyways, BIOS?

Yes. In the BIOS.

That is usually accessed by pressing the power button and tapping the Esc key and then  the F10 key. Look in the system configuration tab.
