You can also perform a system recovery and completely wipe out everything.

Few steps.
1. Download malwarebytes anti-malware. Its free to run a scan. Works wonders.
2. Download hijack this from trend micro. Run a log and post it here and we can help.
3. msconfig , check programs loadign at startup for malware programs
4. uninstall anything related to antivirus 2009, mywebsearch etc.
Good luck, and backup any important documents.

Your step #3 did the trick! Finally! Thanks.
I realized what you were saying for this step, after I saw the following in another forum: "If you no longer have the mywebs free screensaver program and your still getting this error message simply go to run, type in MSCONFIG and go to startup and uncheck the link that says c:\progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll"

THERE IS NOT A PRINTER ON MY TOOLBAR AND I DON 'T KNOW HOW TO FIND IT OR HOW TO APPLY IT TO MY TOOLBAR... HELP PLEASE
