I have done a system restore, command prompt I do not know how many times. I have talked and talked to several Windows employees from India.....and that is a challenge in and of itself.......they all give me the same instructions and it always fails....Has anyone found an easy way to get rid of DEP? I cannot even open a utility bill sent via e mail......
Thanks

After restoring several tmes if it des not work, then can you if atleast try to format only the c drive and again install once back.Sometimes I have seen people after formatting their only C drive came rid of the issues

HI
You can try to run a scan by installing malwarebytes
Try to do a reset in the internet explorer (under tools-internet options-advanced)
Try installing the latest version of java
it should resolve the issue
if not try installing google chrome
let me know if any issues
