I keep losing my Sharing. I reload and it works for a while, then quits. What can I do?

Compaq Persario SR 5410F with windows 64bit.

 

I am unable to share files on a regular basis. One minute it works fine and then quits. I have followed the manual carefully and even deleted and re-entered tge data. Please help.

What are you sharing? Your files with another computer? One over the internet? Another one in your house? A file sharing system for downloading music/video? Is your hub or router overheating and going in and out?
