I'm confused about the Win7 upgrade [ Edited ]

I am eligible, everything went smooth as far as verifying it. But I can't find an answer. I looked at the FAQS of both HP and Microsoft.

Are they going to send a CD to my mom and dad's house because that is the address they are using, or am I getting an email with a download link, or do I go to Microsoft and flash them my reciept, or what? What should I be on the lookout for?

if you want to email me the answer then just send it to <text removed for privacy> I'm fine with that. I don't get on HP's website that often so if it is not an inconvenience then just shoot me an email from your email address I don't mind.

 Oh I see that I can get an email alert when there is a reply. So reply on here or email either way is ok. IM SO CONFUSED BUT I AM GLAD I DONT HAVE TO BUY IT!

Oh and I forgot. I have vista home premium. So I am assuming I will get Windows 7 home premium or the equivalent right? It would suck if I got Windows 7 Business.
