Installing Vista 64 Ultimate

I have the model m9350f computer and would like to install a fresh clean build of Vista 64 bit Ultimate on it. I am not able to do this because I don't have the necessay drivers for the storage sub-system ( all I see are the onboard USB drives, no hard drives). I have looked at the Nvidia web site and tried all of the drivers that I found there but with no success. I know that I need the 32 bit ones to install the Windows boot loader (have the same issue with Ghost 14) but don't know where to get them.

I someone have any info on this issue, please send them my way.

Thanks

Gary

Re: Installing Vista 64 Ultimate

Hi Gary,

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for. If you have a 64bit system, why do you need 32bit driver?

Maybe the info in this hp support document will help?

Re: Installing Vista 64 Ultimate

I do not want ot use the upgrade anytime as I have got a full purchased copy of Vista Ultimate. When I go to install the X64 version or even the 32 bit version on this computer, ti gets to the point of starting the install, and it says that no drivers were found and please install them. As I stated before the only drives that show up are the 4 USB drives; no hard drives. I don't care if I need 8, 16, 32 or 64 bit drivers, just tell me what I need to install Vista 64 Ultimate.

Re: Installing Vista 64 Ultimate

Gary, I just found your post of 1-14-2009, about loading Vista Ultimate. I am having the same problems on the same model computer......the asking for DVD drivers. Did you ever resolve the problem? If so, how?

thanks

Andy
