Is it possible to obtain a Windows XP Home Edition Recovery Disk for my 2003 Pavilion 523n [ Edited ]

Trying to recover my 2003 HP Pavilion 523n

[Serial Number removed for privacy]

During boot it requests a bootable disk.  Is it possible to obtain that disk from here?

You can try to order a set from HP by following the info at the link below. Don't get your hopes up because that is a pretty old PC, and HP probably doesn't have them anymore.  But you have nothing to lose by trying.
