I would like know Why is not work new recovery disc?

Is blue screen, show picture say "Error: This pc is not support by the System Recovery Disc  You will not be able to continue to recovery this system with this disc"

See if this number(71NAv3PrA2) matches your software build number on the sticker that is placed on the side,back or bottom of your PC. May show BID#

Yeah! but, is not exist where say is PC Help & tools in my computer, I shooped this is disc but no work

I understand that. If you scroll down it shows you pictures of the sticker with the build number or BID#

Please verify that the recovery disc BID or build ID matched the ID on the underside of your computer. If it does then either the hard drive needs to have the DMI info loaded on to it and/or the motherboard needs to be tatooed. Has any hardware been changed? If not then if the system is not under warranty or ESP then you will need to have an HP authorized tech perform the DMI or tatoo update.

You need to try and find the sticker on the bottom of the PC and find that BID number. The number inside your PC does not always match what is on the sticker.
