Missing Driver for HP Pavilion a1310n

We had to reinstall the Windows OS on a Pavilion a1310n recently and after reinstalling all the drivers we are getting an "Unknown Device" in the Device Manager list. I checked the HP Support website for this model but can't seem to find the missing driver on there.

Hi:
What operating system? 32 or 64 bit?
The specs state the PC has Windows XP MCE.
If that is the case, please click on the missing device in the device manager. Then click on the details tab.
Post the top string of characters you see. Those will identify the model and type of the missing device and I can try and find the drivers for it.
