Sometimes the mouse on desktop becomes inactive and can't activate any of the icons. Sometimes I was able to activate it by clicking right button and selecting Refresh worked. But lately even tthat doesn't work. I have to Restart to recover icon activation.

Igalanta, welcome to the forum.
When requesting help, you should always include the make/model of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.
This sounds like a driver problem. You should check to see if there is a driver update available.
Please click "Accept as Solution" if your problem is solved.
