Hello there,

 

If your WMP is saying that, it because there is something logical behind it.

 

What is the WMP version you have installed on your computer?

 

What is your computer model? If you have an HP original image, use CTRL+ATL+S or check the label on the chassis.

 

Do you still have the original HP image installed, meaning the original Windows version or a different one?
