Need original preloaded software files

I recently had a hard disk failure on my Presario sr1020t with windows XP.  My recovery cd's were damanged and I had to reload the OS with a copy of XP.  The systems is now working with all proper activation, etc. except I no longer have any of the good preloaded software that came with the system, such as WinDVD, and other productivity tools.  Is there any place on HP websites that I can download these individual programs to be reinstalled on my system or can anyone suggest how I can get these back?

Unfortunately, those programs are not available for download.  They are only available if the HP recovery CD is used.  Have you tried just browsing through the folders on the HP recovery CD?
