Considering the steps that have been suggested, I would have to say a few things. Try the windows 7 install again (start over), as the computer is not a different type hardware for the LAN, it should have an acceptable driver on it's own database. I would question the source of the Windows 7 install disk. If that does not help, then you need someone in your area with more options to help. A working PC at the least to get the drivers needed. Barring that, take it to a repair shop and have them do the upgrade for you.
