Officejet 6500 wireless lost functionality with WIN7 upgrade

Have Officejet 6500 wireless installed before upgrading IQ506 TouchSmart 64-bit to WIN7. After upgrade can only print. Have no other functionality.

Have followed instruction on HP for a work-around but it does not work.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi yellowrose,

It looks like HP is still working on qualifying the full-featured drivers for your OfficeJet, so when that is available it should fix your issue.

Have you tried this OfficeJet Network Utility?

Is that  work around associated with installing drivers in Vista compatibility mode?
