PAVILION G4 - DISPLAY LANGUAGE ENGLISH IS NOT AVAILABLE

hi, I have got a new laptop pavilion G4 , since i got this in CHINA the OS version they have installed is in Chinese, I am not able to change it to English. Even i tried changing the Display Language to English but ENGLISH isnot available in display Language, need your assistance to change the Display Language

Hi,

 

What is the Operating System of the machine ? We need to know this because we won't be able to do this in some operating systems.

Well, few Windows 7 versions around (basic, home premium, professional, ultimate), which one is it ? Based on this, you can change language on Ultimate only.
