You can try this, but I don't think it will work. However, it is the closest thing I could find.

The first one is a Conexant modem.

Try this driver for it.

The second one is your Intel Pro 100 VE network controller.

Below is the link to the driver for that one. Top downlaod is the 32 bit version.

Please click on the PCI device in the device manager. Then click on the Details tab.

Post the top string of characters you see.

Those will identify the type and model of the device and I can send you the link to the drivers you need.

Is this thread still active?? I accidently deleted the drivers on my HP compact nc8430 with xp.

I found this in device manager:
