I can't start my program: Power2go which came with my HP computer. I get an error message: The file [Language //P2GRC.dll] is missing. Please reinstall application.
Could you instruct me on what I should do?

If a pre installed program becomes corrupted you can un install it.  Then go to Recovery Manager and re install the software.

 Type Recovery Manager into the Run box or start menu search box. Re install Power to go and then check for updates to the program.
