I'm running QTP tests using a batch runner and QTP hangs everytime after running the tests when it is creating the results. This did not happen with QTP 10 or earlier version. I think QTP 11 has a lot of data in the reports which is causing this. Can I simply the reports to work as QTP 10 or 9.5?

Have you tried running a repair on it via Add/Remove Programs? What does the Task Manager look like when this App Crashes?

Have you tried right clicking My Computer, Selecting Manage, The going to the Event Viewer in the Left pane and selecting Applications to see if there are any errors?

Have you tried contacting support for QTP?

Yes i did. They tried getting logs using some logging application of theirs and apparently, when we ran the scripts, the log did not even show that QTP was running... And hence they said they cannot do anything if the log does not show anything to them.

Have you tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling the app?
