QTP 11 hanging on "Creating reports" - Critical

Hi,

I'm running QTP tests using a batch runner and QTP hangs everytime after running the tests when it is creating the results. This did not happen with QTP 10 or earlier version. I think QTP 11 has a lot of data in the reports which is causing this. Can I simply the reports to work as QTP 10 or 9.5?

Have you tried running a repair on it via Add/Remove Programs?  What does the Task Manager look like when this App Crashes?

I tried repairing QTP , but it does not seem to solve the problem. The issue occurs mainly when i try to run the scripts in batches.

Have you tried right clicking My Computer, Selecting Manage, The going to the Event Viewer in the Left pane and selecting Applications to see if there are any errors?

The event viewer does not show anything logged against it..

Have you tried contacting support for QTP?

Yes i did. They tried getting logs using some logging application of theirs and apparently, when we ran the scripts, the log did not even show that QTP was running... And hence they said they cannot do anything if the log does not show anything to them.

Have you tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Yes. And it does not just happen on my machine., It is the same on my teammates's machines too.
