Re-install VistaDB.esx

 I am using Windows Vista Home Premium.  I am also using Kodak Easy Share software.  I was having some problems

with Kodak Easy Share, so I un-installed it and Re-installed it.  I think I must have un-installed something else without knowing.  Now, after re-installing, Kodak will not work.  I get a message saying (Re-install VistaDB.esx).  Can anyone please help me?  It would be great if I could re-install this without having to re-install my whole system.

 I couldn't get any help, so I experimented on my own.

I first backed up all files

Then uninstalled Kodak Easy Share

Then go to recovery mgr. in control panel and reinstall windows vista os

Then install Kodak easy share

That seemed to fix the problem.

Hello heatherbell72,

Try using the Kodak Clear utility to completely remove and uninstall the Kodak software and then reinstall.

Clear Utility for KODAK Software

Once you have completely uninstalled the program reboot your computer to ensure the error doesn't appear. After the reboot you can reinstall the Kodak Easy Share software.
