Reinstall windows 7 and can't find wireless internet.

I installed my windows 7 ultimate just a few minutes ago, and my wirless adapter cannot be found.

How may I fix this?

Can you advise if you performed a HP Recovery Restore or just an update for your shipped operating system?

I did not preform an HP Recovery Restore. I didn't think there was a use, now I'll start doing it more often.

I assume you did a clean install, instead of an upgrade... If so, here is a link to the HP Ralink Wireless Driver download for your p7-1054. Windows doesn't have drivers for every piece of hardware on the market... so downloads are occasionally needed. You may also wish to use the HP original drivers for the rest of your hardware as well... or download directly from the OEMs (like Realtek, AMD, Ralink, etc.), to get the most current drivers available.
