Restore backup from MINWINPC folder?

The restore worked perfectly.  

Problem is, I can't open any of the folders due to access denied.   

it restored all the files to "system recover folder" then to "c"  

I can't open any of them.    If I move them, I still can't open them.    There is only one user profile on the computer, and it's administrator, and obviously I'm in that one, but I still can't look at pictures or open documents.   

How do I get permissions straightened out???
