I agree with the haters of HP. Support from India had me do 3 complete recovery's on the system of my Brand New Pavillion HPE-1100. Are you kidding me!! Really!! 3 complete recovery's on a brand new system. I am still in shock. It finally works about as good as my 5 year old emachine. I am paying for 25 mbs, but I don't know why, it does no good. The Supermulti DVD burner is SUPER Slow just backing up a few files, and I am just talking a few pictures and a few documents, and it may take 30 minutes plus. It is a simple dvd burner, and will not record anything. This is a bare bones desktop with NO extra software of any kind. Nothing. And support is more interested in selling me an extended warrenty than fixing my computer that is still under warrenty. I think they have just lost a loyal purchaser, and they don't care. This is by far the worst computer I have ever owned. I have spend days and countless hours trying to get this thing right. and I just give up. It's ok for checking email, sometimes, and that is about all!
