I has probelems with my Desktop and once with printer. Both times HP team helped me witin 24 hours.  am greatful. This much is only to thank the team and word to know about HP service in India.

Being on a forum you mostly only see complaints. To see some good comments once in a while sure makes things easier. Glad to hear you received great support from HP. This is the exact type of support all companies want to be able to provide to all their customers.
