Trouble with driver updates!!! !!!!!!

hey there so i posted a message here a week or so ago and i got useful reply about the download centre as a place to check my drivers that are not updating i did this and the 2 drivers that will not update auto where not on the list of out of date drivers i am a bit confused as the last few auto updates shows a red cross next to them instead of the green tick. but there was 1 driver to update which i did and now i have another problem in the H.P support assistance maintain section when i click refresh it starts the health analysis. it says
connceting to hp server pass
downloading updates fail
gathering info fail
analyzing system fail
preparing the action list pass
its all very strange any help would be appreciated underneath is also the original message i posted thanks

i wonder if anyone can help me.
i notíced the other day when i checked the Action history that the last 3 times(months)
my
:inter management engine interface driver.
and my
intel advanced host controller interface (ahci) driver
have been getting the red cross rather than the green tick in the status bar what does that mean and how can i fix it

It always helps if you:
a) Identify your desktop PC with its HP product name
b) Identify the installed operating system.

I will go one step further and ask that you provide the complete model (i.e. p6230y) and/or product (i.e. NY549AA) number of the HP computer in question. "HP Pavilion 6000 series" is not a specific model or product, it is a broad category of hundreds or thousands of different computers. Without this information, we are unable to identify your computer's hardware and possible solutions. Having this information will aid us greatly in trying to assist you in resolving your issues.

Thank you for the information.
Here is a link to the web support portal for the p6720de Desktop PC.
Install the HP Support Assistant Update and then open the Support Assistant --> Maintainence and run a Tune-Up.
Please post your positive or negative results.
