Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2679255) & (KB2639308)

These updates have failed over a dozen times each on my computer.  I use Norton 360 as well as Systemtech Antispyware.  What else should I do to force this update?

What is the exact error message that you are receiving?

Are you running Windows 7 service pack 1?
