Some of it is okay but please be advised that HP Update has downloaded and installed incorrect BIOs updates causing the PC you be useless.

Good Evening!

 

 

How do I do a system restore on a PC when i don't have sufficient security privileges?  I forgot my password and it states please contact your administrator.  I logout and log back on but I am unable to access another user account. Help!

try restoring in safe mode....restart your computer and while its booting up press F8 (repeatedly) and select safe mode...

 

i think you should start this thread in softwares rather than here...

These instructions can't locate a driver that I need. My S5220f Windows 7 computer tells me I have a problem and need to install the Teredo Tunneling driver. I can't find it using the video instructions. Letting the computer find it for me doesn't work either. None of the other HP help features do anything for me either. How can I locate and install this driver.
