I own a HP Pavilion P6000, Model #p7610t. I am using Windows 7 OS. When i want to run disk defragmenter, I get a window with the following message: Disk Defragmenter is currently using customized settings created by another program. There is a button with a blue and gold shield that says "Remove settings". How do I identify that other program? Should I just forget about it and remove the settings?

Bob, I, personally, would remove the settings to see if that helps. When doing this it may give you a clue to the other program involved. The worst that can happen is that you have to reinstall the other program.
