Hello jkytta, Can you advise where you got the Microsoft Office 2010 Suite software and where you got the Product Key?

It says
roduct keys is not valid for earlier versions of Office???
What it means,then what should i do?I bought the computer on November 2011,and still i can't activate it.(Microsoft was in it)

Unless you ordered your machine with full version of Office, and paid extra, the version you have is the 60 day trial .It should offer you the limited Starter version for free.
Where did you get the key that you are trying to use?

The key on sticker attached to machine is your Windows license key, not Office.

no,i go to the" help" side,and it says that product key should be there it should be 25 ,and there i saw the picture of it

Read the sticker, does it say Microsoft Office above the key or Windows 7?
