Windows 7 Hp p6144f dock is locked or doesnt work?

hi, i have a hp p6144f desktop. after upgrading to windows 7 the windows dock (not sure if that's the name) the one with the hp advisor, pc discovery etc. it seems that it doesnt work.. how can i fix it? pelase need help..
