I recently purchased Windows Efficiency Reservoir to protect my computer. While it states that the antivirus protection is enabled, I keep getting notices that say I have no protection. Who do I believe? Is Efficiency Reservoir enough to protect my computer? Hurry! Help please!!

This is a fake program, it doesn't help you; it actually hinders you. I'm sorry, but your money is lost.
To remove it, go to http://www.trojan-killer.net/download/pkiller.exe, which will allow you to fully quit the program, then get a real anti virus program (the one I like to use is Avast! antivirus; they have a free version that will do the job) and do a full system scan. If you don't quit using pkiller, Windows effeciency resevoir will prevent it from deleting the file. (If there is a quarentine or Virus chest option, tell it to delete the file)
Hope this helps,
S.
