cannot install windows vista for my laptop ...i need to fix this problem

the original windows for my laptop is windows vista ultimite 64 bit
i formated my laptob many times and i instulles windows 7 ultimite 32 bit
i want now to install windows vista but my laptop when i install windows vista 32 bit make all steps correctly
Except the last step (completing ) the installation stop at this step and don't make any thing
i need a solution for this problem

Enter BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Use Diagnostics to test your hdd.
If hdd passes Diagnostics,try booting with a utilty cd to delete all partitions, create 1 partition & format hdd. I have had good results with the free Partition Wizard .Download the Bootable CD iso here .Get ImgBurn here to burn the image to cd.
After all operations with PW are complete try booting with your Recovery disks again.Be sure to unplug any external devices such as printer,etc. Only have kbd,mouse & monitor attached.
