downgrade windows 7 pro 64 bit to 32 bit

i have a customer with some pc's just new with windows 7 64 bit and he needs to downgrade to 32 bit. Can he get the disk image from the hp web site ???

No, your customer will not be able to download a disk image from the HP website. As far as HP offering a downgrade option, that will depend on a number of factors. If in the USA, please have the customer contact HP directly via telephone, email, or live chat.

Hi,

 

You might want to consider using Virtual PC and XP mode.  You need Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate 64 bit.
