I do not see any mention of a model, please provide the model number.

Mine too!! My computer just froze up and it takes about 2 hours to reboot.. I bought my laptop last year and my warranty has just expired.. The tests keep saying hard drive failure!!
My laptop is HP Pavilion dv6 6000 edition entertainment.
