have a hp desktop pavilion a6441.sc, problem with recovery

system configuration errors

the system has detected a configuration error. reports the error to HP customer support. use the telephone number in the manual about Grantia and support that came with your computer. If the error is not corrected, the computer can not function properly. turn off your computer, press and hold the power button. after a few seconds, the computer automatically. (code purple)

I don't really get what you are trying to do here. Do you want to restore your desktop to its factory state or recover any files or programs from it?
