Hi:

 

Ordering recovery CD's for HP business PC's/notebooks requires a different procedure than ordering recovery disks for consumer PC's.

 

Call HP for the country you live in at the link below.  If they have a separate phone number for business PC's/notebooks, call that number.

 

Inform the customer services rep that you need a set of quick restore disks for your PC.

 

You will need to provide the model # and serial number.

 

There may be a charge for these disks depending on what country you reside in.
